It was very much a 5 star hotel and we shared it with the Ukrainian National Football team which was fun

Great breakfast. Sauna opening hours were fantastic. From 8 in the morning (!) untill 22 in the evening. Very friendly staff at the breakfast, one non-English-speaking woman (actually working in the kitchen) helped me with the broken smoothie machine when she saw me and some minutes later even brought me a fresh smoothie to my table after fixing it. Also the front desk is nice and they store your luggage for free.

second time staying at the Westin, loved it again, clean spacious hotel, the glass lift was a highlight for my son! the buffet breakfast was very good, really enjoyed, the room was clean, spacious and we had requested a bed for our son, plenty room for it. All staff was polite and helpful, will definitely stay at the Westin again when we go to Warsaw!

Modern, functional hotel. It is geared at business travellers so we got a super rate at the weekend including breakfast. Good location for us as we like to stay out of the central tourist areas. A pleasant and comfortable 15/20 minute walk to the old town and good public transport available close by. Breakfast was superb. All staff were multilingual, friendly and helpful. Nice size room on a high floor with all mod cons.

A true example of a classic 5-star hotel quality (only the pool is missing). We even found a lavender scent in the room to help us fall asleep. The breakfast is amazing, I think everyone can find everything to their taste.
